We accept all major credit cards including Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Solo payments.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY
All credit and debit card numbers are encrypted using 128bit SSL encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer for processing purposes. They are not held in clear text on this or any other website.

VAT
VAT at 17.5% must be added to all listed prices.

PRICES
Prices are subject to change without notice and prices charged will be those ruling at the time of despatch. However, where orders are placed before a price rise and despatched after the increase applies we will endeavour to honour the earlier price.

PAYMENT TERMS
Payment of credit accounts is strictly 30 days from date of invoice

GUARANTEE
All our equipment carries full twelve months guarantee your statutory rights are not affected.

DELIVERY CHARGES
Postage and Packing is charged £5.00 per order
All charges apply to UK mainland, (excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands, call for carriage charges.)

SALE OR RETURN
We do not operate a sale or return policy.

RETENTION CLAUSE
Goods despatched or collected will remain the property Alpha Lettering Systems until payment is made. We are entitled to the proceeds of sale of goods for which full payment has not been made.

SHORTAGES/DAMAGED GOODS
Although we shall endeavour to ensure that all goods are carefully packed and dispatched, you must inspect the goods promptly on delivery and must notify us in writing within 7 days for any shortage or damaged goods, we can not accept any responsibility for non delivery of goods unless notified in writing within 7 days of date of invoice issued by us for the goods in question.

Specific software available on the web site
Any software that may be available to download from this web site (the "Software") is the copyrighted work its suppliers. Use of the Software is governed by the terms of the end user license agreement, if any, which accompanies or is included with the Software ("License Agreement"). Unless otherwise follows from the License Agreement the Software is made available for downloading solely for use by end users. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Software not in accordance with the License Agreement may result in civil and criminal penalties.
